SPC-600 portable borewell drilling rig for 600m water or geological hole
SPC series truck-mounted drilling rig is the rotary table type drilling machine is mounted on truck 8×4 with 4 axies, can go drilling 520mm diameter and up to 600 meters depth water well, ventilation hole of tunnel, hydrogeological survey hole, grounting hole, in-situ leaching uranium mining well, shallow coalbed methane hole, and some others applications. All the parts including the diesel power, gear box, reducing box, hoist, rotary table, mud pump and derric are all mounted on the chassis. The main transfer is made by mechanically, some parts are controlled by hydraulic.
This machine is with two power resource, one is the engine of the truch chassis, and another one is the diesel machine mounted on the truck.
It is with both the advantages of traditional drilling machine such as low consumption, easy operation, easy maintenance and low fault rate, and that of truck-mounted drilling machine such as convenient and quick. Compared with the same type drilling machine, the capacity reserve coefficient is increased, security lighting system and auxiliary power unit is equipped, with more drilling capacity.
The chassis is from Sinotruk, robust and service center available in 53 countries.
It is mainly used for the drilling of water well, hydrogeological exploration, grouting, the shallow coal seam and other construction holes.

Hydraulic and air controlled system of the truck-mounted drilling rig
1. The derrick will be erected by a hydraulic cylinder and the machine is supported by hydraulic outriggers, and the hydraulic cylinder will assist to shackle. The power pack (Fig. 9) consists a 5.5KW motor which independently drives a CBY2020 gear pump. The reversing valve is a seven-way reversing valve. In addition to four for hydraulic outriggers, one of the other three is used for the derrick erection cylinder, one for the bracket cylinder and the other for the cat head shackle cylinder. In order to ensure the smoothness of erection of the derrick and prevent the hose from bursting, a balancing valve and an explosion-proof valve are installed in front of the derrick erection cylinder. In order to ensure reliable support of the cylinder, the outrigger cylinder and the bracket cylinder are all equipped with hydraulic locks. After the derrick is erected completely, the hydraulic pump can be shut down. The tank has a volume of about 200 liters. Generally, the No. 46 advanced anti-wear hydraulic oil is used. 2. The main control of the rig is air controlled. The air from the air compressor is used for the mud pump clutch, the winch clutch, the turntable clutch, the hoisting clutch of main and auxiliary winch, over winding preventing valve is equipped to the winch to prevent travelling is too high to hit the overhead trolley.
