The SMJ5380TZJ drilling locomotive (also known as SMJ5380TZJSPC-1000 drilling locomotive or SPC-1000 vehicle mounted drilling rig) is a rotary drilling rig with a rotary table. All components (including power, transmission box, gearbox, mud pump, rotary table, winch, drilling tower, etc.) are installed on the chassis of a heavy-duty truck. The main power transmission of the drilling rig is mechanical transmission, and the auxiliary actions and control parts are completed by hydraulic transmission.
This drilling rig mainly operates through rotary table rotation and positive mud circulation. If equipped with appropriate drilling tools, it can also adapt to other drilling methods. This drilling rig can drill in various formations such as clay, sand, and bedrock. In the initial stage of drilling, a pressurized mechanism can be used to achieve pressurized drilling to improve the efficiency of shallow drilling. As the drilling depth increases and the weight of the drilling tool exceeds the pre pressure of the drill pipe, pressure reducing drilling can also be achieved. The drilling rig is equipped with a main hoist (main winch) for lifting drilling tools and reducing pressure during drilling when the hole depth is reached; An auxiliary winch (auxiliary winch) is mainly used to lift and move individual vertical roots, and can also be used to lift tools and accessories to reduce labor intensity.
