    1 Structural Principles
    The QYS140Z-5 on-board crane is mainly composed of a lifting arm, main arm, crossbeam, column, first and second luffing cylinders, slewing reducing drive mechanism, outrigger cylinder, oil feeder, hydraulic winch, hydraulic system, safety device, hook block, etc. Their working principle is to use external power to drive the hydraulic oil pump to provide high-pressure oil to the hydraulic system, and distribute the oil to various working components by manipulating the multi way directional valve to complete various actions required for lifting operations.
    1.1 Boom
    The lifting boom is a hexagonal box shaped steel structure. Its main function is to support the load and change the operating radius. It consists of a fixed arm, various telescopic arms, telescopic cylinders, etc. When the telescopic arm moves, it should be done in a certain order, and when retracting, there is no order; Sequential actions are controlled by sequential valves.
    1.2 Second Luffing cylinder
    The second variable amplitude oil cylinder is mainly composed of a cylinder body, piston rod, piston, end cover, and sealing components. The principle is to use the flow of liquid to complete the expansion and contraction action of the oil cylinder. Its function is to adjust the fluctuation angle of the lifting arm.
    1.3 First luffing cylinder
    The first variable amplitude oil cylinder is mainly composed of a cylinder body, piston rod, piston, end cover, and sealing components. The principle is to use the flow of liquid to complete the expansion and contraction action of the oil cylinder. Its function is to adjust the fluctuation angle of the main arm.
    1.4 Rotating mechanism
    The rotary mechanism is an integral rotary reducing drive mechanism. The principle is to use hydraulic power to drive the hydraulic motor to rotate, and to drive the rotating gear ring to rotate through a worm gear. Its function is to drive the upper column and boom of the crane to rotate around the center of rotation.
    1.5 Outrigger mechanism
    The outrigger mechanism consists of a frame, a telescopic oil cylinder, and a oil cylinder. Its principle is to use the flow of liquid to complete the telescopic action of the oil cylinder. Its function is to provide stability and support during lifting operations, reducing the load on the chassis and car beams.
    1.6 Fuel injector

Its function is to solve the transition between the lower fixed part and the upper rotating part of the oil circuit.
    1.7 Hydraulic winch
    The hoisting mechanism adopts the form of hydraulic winch, mainly composed of hydraulic motor, built-in brake, planetary gearbox, drum, balance valve, and other valve groups, to achieve lifting, lowering, and arbitrary stopping of heavy objects.
    1.8 Safety devices
    In order to ensure the operational performance of the crane and the safety of the operator and equipment, this machine is equipped with multiple safety devices.
    1.8.1 Balance valve
    There are high-performance one-way balance valves installed on the telescopic and variable amplitude oil cylinders of the lifting mechanism to ensure stability during operation and reliable stopping of the load in the air in case of accidents in the system.
    1.8.2 Bidirectional hydraulic lock
    Double directional hydraulic locks are installed on the vertical support cylinders of the leg support mechanism to ensure the safety of operation and driving.
    1.8.3 Overroll protection device
    When the crane performs the lifting action, when the hook reaches a certain height, the overwind hammer is lifted, the electromagnet is connected, the valve stem is pushed back to the center position, and the winch stops rising.
