EBZ230(A) Rock Tunnel Boring Machine
EBZ series roadheaders are tunneling machines with an integrated functions of cutting, loading and traveling. They are used for underground cutting of laneswith any section profile, can also be used in the tunneling of railway road.
1. Both electrical motor and hydraulic transmission, small height, compact and strong structure, easy operation, reliability and stability.
2. The hydraulic system is variable pump system, which can both improved the working efficiency and reduce the system heating.
3. The machine is with outer and inner water spray device for dust suppression.
4. Truncate cutter is with the imported pick bits and boxes, which results in bigger force on each pick bit, reasonable layout of the pick bits, good capacity tobreak rock and go through the fault, small vibration and good stability.
5. Swiveling, lifting or lowering of the boom can be achieved simultaneously, and curve cutting can also be achieved.
6. The chief hydraulic components are all from the famous brand, the parameter are stable and working efficiency is high.
7. Unique system of separate motor to drive loading and transportation respectively reduces the default during cutting, which improves the loading andtransporting capacity.
8. The machine is with the adaptor of the roof bolter, can drive two units of roof bolters to work simultaneously.
