ZYJ-270/170 drilling rig for water seam infusion to reduce the gas and dust in the underground laneway
Infusing water into the coal bed to push out the gas, the dust amount in the coal-mining face can be reduced, the poor environmental condition in the working face and in the laneway can be improved, the gas flux can be decreased, and thus the gas density in the wind flow will become lower than the critical level, and finally the productivity in the working face will be boosted.
The post can be tightly fixed in the roadway through the lifting oil cylinder of the post, and
the stability of the drilling rig in the drilling process is enhanced by the bracket. and the
safety performance is improved. The track of the propeller makes a structure with the post
and the propeller makes a reciprocating actions along the slide rail by multi-stage cylinder.

The double gear pump is used to control the normal operation of the components for the

The operating panel is composed of a three valve, and the oil from the power pack is
conveyed to the control valve through a rubber hose and then is distributed to the
hydraulic system of the drilling rig.
The operating panel is provided with a speed regulating valve, an overflow valve, a
hydraulic control one-way valve, a hydraulic lock, etc., so as to ensure the safe operation
of the whole system. The drilling rig can connected with the air or water to cool the system
or discharge the slag.
