1. SPT-900 SE Trailer-mounted drilling rig use and characteristics
1.1 Design Concept and Use:
SPT-900 SE Trailer-mounted drilling rig is a new type of trailer drill developed for the construction characteristics of "underground leaching uranium well". It is designed with the concept of simplicity, reliability, economy and practicality. The characteristics of the machine: high integration, fast transition, folding drill tower, double winch, double swimming system, main rod does not fall down.
It is mainly suitable for drilling various complex formations such as Quaternary loose strata, gravel strata and bedrock, with a drilling depth of 900 meters (89 drill pipes). It is also suitable for drilling construction of water wells, hydrological exploration holes, grouting holes, shallow coalbed methane holes, etc.
1.2 SPT-900SE Trailer-mounted drilling rig Features:
1.2.1 The trailer drill has a high degree of integration, and the moving transition is fast;
1.2.2 The drilling rig adopts tandem double winch, planetary transmission, and structural knotting; It can make the main rod not to be put down and not to take off the hook, so as to realize unmanned operation on the tower, save auxiliary time, and improve drilling efficiency.
1.2.3 Folding drill tower is adopted, with strong bearing capacity and short transportation length. Transitions don't need to be folded.
