Series of SPT drilling rig is a kind of turntable rotary trailer mounted drilling rig. the modles inculde SPT-600, SPT-800 and SPT-1500. They are suitable for the quaternary period fine particle and general soft rock. They are used for drilling and exploitation underground water resource, hydro-geological, uranium resource, injected mud hole, shallow coal seam hole, construction grounting hole and other engineering holes.

Structure features:

The trailer drilling rig is custom-designed for the trailer, it uses the new winch structure, large turnable with rub buckle and cushion device, it is driven by motor or diesel machine through V-belt. The machine has compact structure, convenient operation, and high reliability.

Derrick equipped with hydraulic lifting device, folded or telescopic structure, greatly reduce the transportion length and height to make the transportation easy. The overall structure of the rig is reasonable with wide span, large operating space ans strong bearing capacity.

Trailer chassis is made by a professional manufacturer of high strength steel with 3 axles. The trailer is not only equipped with hydraulic outriggers, but also with the outrigger with mechanical lock to ensure the safety. 

traveling hook, swivel, kelly bar, tension dynamometer working platform, ladder, drill pulley, track, lifter as well as mud pump is equipped to the trailer so the the drilling can be made as soon as possible.
